The Plaza is proud to be partnering with The Lift in St. Paul to staff our theater.

The Lift is a community run organization that seeks to “develop and restore mutually respectful relationships between people from diverse backgrounds, who together invest in the youth of our east side St. Paul neighborhood, equipping them to become self-sustaining, productive, and caring adults.”

One of the aspects of The Lift is its job skills programs for young people who don’t have extensive employment experience. During paid employment at The Plaza, mentors from The Lift staff emphasize the development of critical job and life skills.
